The test detects walnut DNA according to directive (EC) 1169/2011. The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments (Roche LightCycler®, Rotor-Gene Q, ABI PRISM, Eppendorf realplex, BioRad CFX96, Agilent MxSeries etc.). For DNA-preparation the use of SureFood® PREP Advanced, protocol 1 is recommended.
