RIDASCREEN®FAST Hazelnut is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative analysis of hazelnut (e.g. traces of hazelnut) in food such as cereals, bakery products, ice cream and chocolate.

The ELISA has been validated for dark chocolate by the German BVL (§64 method LFGB).
The published DIN CEN/TS 15633-2:2013 characterizes the ELISA method for the detection of hazelnut in food. The RIDASCREEN®FAST Hazelnut (R6802) by R-Biopharm fulfills the requirements of this DIN standard.
